How does the 30 days trial work?
Once you are registered, you automatically gain access to the Nubis 50 version of the payroll for 30 days in your very own company.
We do not ask for any billing information during your trial so you can try it without the hassle of a subscription.
What happens at the end of the trial period?
You can choose the subscription that best fits your needs. Montlhy subscriptions require a valid credit card which will be used for billing. The invoiced will be dated 1st of the month following the end of your trial period for the first full month of useability. Trial period data will not be deleted and can be used.
How does invoicing work ?
Whatever level of subcription you choose, we allow you to keep an unlimited amount of active or inactive employees in your file. You can change your subscription status at any time during the month.
At the time of processing your invoice, we will charge the highest subscription used in the prior month as well as the maximum number of employee for which payroll was processed
If you select an inferior subscription plan, it will only be invoiced in the following month.
Can I modify my subscription at any time?
Of course! Just access the Manage your subscription page at the top right corner of Nubis.
How can I obtain cheque forms compatible with Nubis?

Is it possible to pay by check or annually?
All annual subscriptions are non-refundable and payable in advance by check. If you go over quota for your employees, you can either go to the next level of subscription or pay for each employee, both case will be charged up until you renewal date in this manner.
Call us to make any changes to your annual plans!
Can I unsubscribe at any time?
You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. Once you do, your access to Nubis will be deactivated. You need to ensure to print all necessary reports beforehand.
